ACQUISITIONS
Long-Term Ownership. Practical Operations.
JG Management Group evaluates operating businesses and income-producing opportunities where disciplined management, stronger systems, and aligned ownership can create durable value. We consider opportunities for our own account and, where appropriate, alongside aligned operating, financing, or strategic partners.
WHAT WE CONSIDER
• Established small businesses with real customers, revenue, and operating history.
• Founder-led companies preparing for succession, transition, or a change in ownership.
• Full or majority acquisitions, structured transactions, and selected minority positions with clear governance and aligned rights.
• Contractual or recurring income streams, intellectual property, digital assets, and service businesses where stronger management can improve performance.
• Stabilization or improvement opportunities where the underlying customer demand and business fundamentals remain sound.
WHAT MAKES AN OPPORTUNITY A FIT
We generally value understandable economics, ethical operations, recurring or repeat demand, transferable customer relationships, reliable records, capable personnel, and a practical path for ownership transition. We are especially interested where better reporting, accountability, workflows, cost controls, or management systems can materially strengthen the business.
WHAT WE BRING
JG Management Group approaches ownership from an operator’s perspective. Depending on the opportunity, our role may include management oversight, process and systems development, performance reporting, personnel accountability, commercial partnerships, transition planning, and long-term stewardship.
OUR REVIEW PROCESS
Initial Introduction — We review a concise overview of the business, ownership objective, timing, and reason for the opportunity.
Preliminary Review — If there may be a fit, we request additional operating and financial information and determine whether further discussion is appropriate.
Diligence and Structure — The parties evaluate the business, risks, transition plan, valuation, financing, governance, and proposed transaction structure.
Closing and Transition — Any transaction proceeds only through definitive written agreements, completed diligence, required financing or approvals, and an agreed operating transition.
SUBMIT AN OPPORTUNITY
Business owners, advisers, brokers, lenders, investors, and operating partners may submit relevant opportunities through our Contact page. A useful introduction includes the business type, location, ownership sought, reason for transition, timing, and an approximate revenue or earnings range when available.
All discussions are preliminary and non-binding unless definitive written agreements are executed. Do not submit trade secrets or highly confidential material before an appropriate written confidentiality agreement is in place.
