JG Management Group LLC (“JG,” “we,” “us” or “our”) explains how information is handled when you visit this website, send an inquiry, schedule an Operations Discovery Call, request services or otherwise communicate with us. Operations & Systems is our current business focus. Separate client agreements or data-processing terms continue to apply to the work they cover.

We may collect your name, business email, company or organization, website, inquiry category, message, appointment details and other information you choose to provide. A telephone number is collected where you choose to provide one or a particular agreed communication requires it. Please do not send confidential client records, health information, identity documents, passwords or complete payment-card details through general website forms.

Website and scheduling providers

Squarespace hosts this website and supports its website features. The primary Operations Discovery Call link opens TidyCal, which processes booking information under its own privacy policy. JG uses the booking information available to it to arrange, manage and follow up on the requested conversation. Communications providers, contractors and professional advisers may process information as reasonably necessary to support requested work, subject to applicable obligations. Payments

Consulting fees and payment arrangements are established through applicable engagement documents. This website does not offer checkout purchasing of scoped consulting engagements. If you make a payment for an agreed engagement through a separate payment service, that provider processes payment information under its own applicable terms and privacy practices. Do not submit payment-card details through a general inquiry form.

Disclosures and business relationships

We may disclose information to service providers and professional advisers as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, property or security; in connection with an actual or proposed financing, merger, acquisition, sale, reorganization or transfer of assets; or with your direction or consent. Operations & Systems engagements

Information for an inquiry or engagement may include business contact details, project requirements, relevant operational information, communications and service records.
