About these Terms

These Terms govern use of the JG Management Group LLC website, its content and its inquiry and scheduling features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms concern website use; they do not replace a signed client agreement or statement of work.

About JG Management Group

JG Management Group LLC’s current operating focus is Operations & Systems for growing businesses. Build. Operate. Acquire. describes the company’s broader, long-term philosophy. It does not represent that JG currently owns a portfolio of businesses, has completed acquisitions or offers investments.

Website information and examples

Website content introduces our approach and possible capabilities. It is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment or other regulated professional advice. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals for your circumstances.

Demonstrations and illustrative examples explain an approach. They are not paid client engagements, completed client implementations or evidence of achieved results unless expressly identified and supported as such. References to possible improvements do not guarantee revenue, profit, efficiency, savings or another business outcome.

Inquiries and discovery calls

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a discovery call does not create a consulting engagement or an obligation to purchase services. A discovery call is an introductory conversation to discuss the issue, fit and possible next steps. It is not a completed diagnosis or a commitment to undertake a project. The Operations Discovery Call is offered without a fee.

Please provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, health information, confidential customer records or trade secrets through general website forms or ordinary email. Agree on appropriate confidentiality terms and a suitable sharing method before providing sensitive project materials.

Proposals and consulting engagements

Projects are scoped following discovery. A paid engagement begins under the applicable written agreement accepted by the relevant parties. Its scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, acceptance criteria, confidentiality provisions, intellectual-property terms, cancellation terms and other conditions are governed by that agreement and any documents it incorporates.

An executed agreement may include a master or service agreement, consulting agreement, accepted proposal, statement of work, NDA or other engagement-specific document. An unsigned proposal or a website description does not by itself create a binding project scope. If engagement documents conflict, their agreed order of precedence applies. The applicable executed engagement documents control over these website Terms for that engagement.

Fees and payment obligations

The website does not provide checkout purchasing for scoped consulting engagements. Fees, deposits, expenses, subscriptions, payment deadlines and any refund or cancellation rights are established in the applicable accepted engagement documents. Scheduling a discovery call or submitting an inquiry does not authorize a charge. Where a separate payment provider is used for an agreed engagement, its applicable payment terms may also apply.

Submissions and privacy

You retain ownership of information you submit. You permit JG to review, store and use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, evaluate requested work and administer an agreed relationship, subject to applicable law, our Privacy Policy and any existing confidentiality agreement. Submission does not grant a right to publish your materials as a case study or testimonial.

Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not itself subscribe you to a newsletter. Marketing subscriptions, where offered, are separate choices.

Website intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, designs and other original content are owned by or licensed to JG Management Group, except where otherwise identified. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business evaluation. Other copying, distribution or commercial use requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Do not use JG’s name or branding to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Ownership and licensing of client materials, pre-existing tools and engagement deliverables are governed by the applicable executed engagement documents, not by this website provision.

Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate others, submit deceptive or infringing material, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation or security, or attempt unauthorized access.

The website uses Squarespace and links to third-party services, including TidyCal for appointment booking. Those providers operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. JG does not control their independent websites or guarantee their availability. A technology reference does not imply a certified partnership or endorsement.

Website availability, disclaimers and limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee a result from reliance on website information, examples or an introductory conversation. This provision does not replace warranties or obligations expressly agreed in a signed client contract or exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JG Management Group and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunities, arising solely from use of this website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising solely from the website will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount paid directly to JG for the specific website-based offering giving rise to the claim during the preceding six months. These limits concern website use and do not override an applicable executed engagement agreement. These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Misuse, governing law and changes

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JG Management Group and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents and representatives from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms or submission of material that infringes another person’s rights.

These website Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory applicable law. Disputes arising solely from these website Terms or website use will be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in Wyoming, subject to mandatory applicable law. Engagement-specific dispute provisions remain governed by the applicable executed documents.

We may update the website and these Terms. The revision date identifies the current version. Changes to website Terms do not amend a signed client agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here waives nonwaivable rights.
